People & Emotions

I’m a New Yorker. Recently I’ve watched At Eternity’s Gate movie about the life of painter Vincent van Gogh. The story and the acting are deeply touching.

At Eternity’s Gate (2018)

I love The Starry Night, saw it at MoMA multiple times. I admire Café Terrace at Night. Now want to visit these original places in vivo. I am going to France!

Café Terrace at Night, 1888, Arles

I search for NYC-France-NYC flights at Scott’s Cheap Flights. Got good flight deals, booked the roundtrip flights to France: arriving in Paris on Nov 1st, leaving from Nice on Nov 12th.

I go to Curiosio web site, pick France, enter Paris as the first point, then two van Gogh points — Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and Arles, and Nice as the last point. Set dates, budget. Go.

I got several interesting alternatives in those conditions. I’ve picked up this itinerary, with several more automatically suggested points — Versailles, Lyon, and Monaco — because I have enough time and funds. Each point has See & Do plan. The famous cafe is present as POI to experience in Arles. The search worked fast and simply, and returned even more than was expected.

So I am flying to Paris on the 1st of November, rent a car, drive down to Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and Arles, then drop off in Nice, and flying back from Nice on the 12th of November. One more thing: I will try an exciting digital experience from Curiosio to see Arles and Rhône environs in van Gogh style, via augmented reality.

Science & Engineering

Curiosio consists of the knowledge graph and the optimizer running on the graph. The knowledge graph is the organization of the domain information from the public data sources. It is important but not too sexy because it is neither first nor best in the world. Google’s Knowledge Graph is the thing nowadays… But the optimizer is exciting — it is both first and best in the world! The optimizer is about new information.

The optimizer is Ingeenee — our new Evolutionary AI, invented specifically to disrupt Travel. Ingeenee finds a solution in a huge search space (> 10¹⁰⁰) in practical predictable time (~10s). It is computational complexity of the Millennium Problem level. It’s the math, the secret sauce, intellectual property. Check out our recent news about the search speed.

Ingeenee accelerates NP solving time to P

Ingeenee AI is a computational intelligence on soft computing. To understand more and deep I recommend this list of books. Reminder for geeks: we’ve finished R&D and working on the next round. Maybe you are the one who grasps the kind of computing matter and intelligent fabric and will join us to make the best travel intelligence ever.

There is no technology to search/research for multi-point journeys as simple & fast as Google Travel, but remarkably smarter: by any duration, any points, any budget. Curiosio starts here…
