Superspeed
Speed matters. Time matters. System response time matters for a user. Speed of search matters for us on the other end. For geeks, cognitive psychology science:
The limited duration of human short-term memory is ~18 seconds without a form of memory rehearsal. Its contents spontaneously decay over time. After 20 seconds we lose more than 50 percent of the short-term memory contents.
If search takes more than 20s then it is considered not usable. You start forgetting what you wanted. That’s why we pushed and pursued to make it work fast. Future cross-country search in Western Europe will work as fast as it works now in the US. Fast search in the United States signifies the completion of the R&D round.
Supertime
All search results are accompanied by the time spent on the search. Actually it is whole time between user’s click on [GET TRIP] button and a received web page fully rendered in the user’s browser. It is less than 20s for 95% of searches. It is often less than 10s for 10-day journeys.
Superintelligence
By designing more performance we have found more intelligence. Here are the search results for a cyclic trip starting and ending in St. George, Utah for 10 days at $3,000 for 2 travelers 1 car. All waypoints between the start and finish are found by Curiosio. Just look at the quantity and diversity of the recommended journeys. They are beautiful — geo-beautiful:
It is an artificial superhuman smartness. If educated travelers or travel professionals sit and design most curious journeys in those conditions, they will most probably overlook something. Curiosio sees the whole knowledge graph of the travelers' curiosity and squeezes the maximum possible experience via pure math. To be accurate, it is computational intelligence on soft computing.
Superdesign
Content is the interface. There is literally nothing but the linked content. Type what you want, click what you like. Everything is interactive. When you open a trip you will get an itinerary with See & Do at each point. Click on points and POIs to read about them on English Wikipedia. Click [Navigate] to send the itinerary to Google Maps for the pictures, panoramas & videos, and for turn-by-turn navigation.

One More Thing
This speed-up was achieved purely within the software layer (AI and geo stack). Right now Curiosio is running on relatively slow chips (CPU, RAM), slow spinning disks and 1GB network.
